At Zenana Boutique, we offer refunds or exchanges within the first 5 days from the date of your purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

2.It must be in its original packaging.
3.Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt, and an exchange request has been made.

For accepted return/exchange requests, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If your return is approved after our quality check, we will process your request (refund or exchange) as per our policy.
